I would have salmon with wasabi mayo. I remember there was a I did this while I was in Portland. So I had access to really nice food and stuff like whole foods and shit. So I just went there and I just got nothing but like meat. that I could grill up in my studio apartment without having to spend any time cooking because at the time I was working a job in Australia. I counted it out and over a year I went down from 250 pounds to my absolute thinnest, 185. At that point I hadn't been 185 since I was in the third or fifth grade. I remember I hit 200 pounds in elementary school.

Usually I get a medium, but, um, I, I counted it out and I realized that I can get a large instead of a medium for the same calories if I don't get cheesy crust. Um, I even got a message from Kenneth Englehart saying that I can't eat pizza because it has sodium and sodium makes you retain water weight. This is true, but that only matters if you're eating like nothing but high sodium meals. And Kenneth Englehart is like 300 something pounds and he boils hamburgers. It is a weird thing where fat people seem to give the most dieting advice. People who can't stick to their own advice. Even I'm guilty of this. I've told people to go on keto and shit. When I went on keto at work, you can't cut out fucking carbs your entire life. You just can't. Unless you're a bodybuilder, unless you're trying to be in ketosis 24-7 because it's part of your fucking job or some shit. There's no fucking way you can stick to that. All the best things in life are fucking carbs. Potatoes are carbs. Beets are carbs. Pasta is carbs. Pizza is carbs.
