But if someone uses Facebook to say something defamatory, Mark Zuckerberg doesn't find himself in civil court. It does not and has never protected you from criminal liability arising from your site. So if your site somehow facilitates the breaking of a law, then you're held liable for it, even though Section 230 exists. Section 230 is only civil liability.

Somebody created a copy of Greer's book and put it in a Google Drive file that is accessible in the Kiwi Farms. This is the most ridiculous thing about him.  is that when he sent his DMCA to me, I said, bro, the fucking thing that you're complaining about is on Google. Send your DMCA to Google. And what's funny is that he would probably fucking do that. Like, Google would take that off if he actually filed a complete DMCA, like I told him to do to Google Drive, but he has not done that. Legally, I cannot be held liable for something that is linked to from my site. And there is case law to prove exactly that, because people tried to sue Google for linking to shit, and that didn't work.

Rather, they were emails wishing to avoid litigation. Two weeks later, the girl's lawyer filed a motion to reconsider the judgment.  A new hearing was granted. The girl gave a very one-sided, misleading version of events, which everyone fucking does in court. Stop bitching. Greer wrote a note to his attorney during the hearing that she was twisting the truth. Greer didn't have a chance to share his piece. Because of her testimony, the judgment was set aside, and the court wanted Greer to undergo a mental health evaluation.
